Last week I did NOT want to have sex with my wife.
Here's what I learned...
The cost of your marriage license (depending on where you live) was probably around $40.
The average cost of a wedding in the US last year was over $35,000.
If you were to get divorced today, the cost would likely be around $15,000.
Lots of people - including the government, dressmakers, photographers and lawyers - are out there trying to tell you what your marriage is worth… but have you ever stopped to think what the true value of your marriage is?
If you eat junk food every day and never work out, you're going to become obese, and you'll likely contract diseases like diabetes or heart disease.
What if the same were true about our emotional health? What if there were emotional exercises and healthy emotional foods we should be consuming... and without them we would become emotionally obese?
In this episode of the podcast, I sat down with Laura Coe to talk about emotional obesity, and the analogy translates surprisingly perfectly!
If you want to learn what emotional junk foods you indulge in that are eating away at your relationships and overall emotional health, what healthy emotional foods and exercises look like, and how to create an authentic life you're truly excited about, this is the episode for you!
Laura Coe co-founded Litholink Corporation, a healthcare company serving over 350,000 patients per month nationally. When Litholink sold to a Fortune 500 company, she left corporate America to pursue lifelong passions.
Even while working in corporate healthcare, Laura always specialized in breaking down complex concepts for to make them easy to digest, understand, and apply. Now she channels that unique skill into “translating” philosophy and ancient wisdom – breaking down monumental, life-changing wisdom in a way that everyone can apply to their own lives.
Laura currently devotes her energy toward writing, coaching, helping others implement spiritual teachings in their everyday lives. Her first book, Emotional Obesity, is available for purchase. And now she is the host of the popular podcast, The Art of Authenticity.

Depression and mental health is something we are all affected by. We know so little about it, and there isn't a lot of help or resources that have proven to be effective across the board.
The help, support, and resources that do exist are typically for the person suffering from mental illness, and not for the partner, which can leave the partner who isn't battling the illness feeling just as alone and helpless as the person who is.
In this episode Seth and Kim give us a look into how they have navigated depression and mental health in their relationship. They'll tell you what works for them, and what doesn't.
I hope you share this episode with someone who needs to hear it. Thanks for listening!
In his lifetime, it’s estimated that Picasso created roughly 50,000 works of art. That’s nearly 2 pieces every day!
It’s easy to assume Picasso’s greatness came as a result of raw talent, a natural gift, or his unique style. But the reality is that the reason Picasso is probably one of 5 famous painters you can name off the top of your head, and the reason his paintings sell for millions, is because he was relentlessly dedicated to his craft.
I’ve helped a lot of incredible people fix frustrating problems in their marriage, and learn the skills to create a relationship more incredible than they thought was possible. Here’s what just a few of them have said:
